On Saturday, November the 17th, GSP held its Life Skills Seminar on Assertive Communication & The Coaching process. Some of the main topics of the seminar were:

1. Effective Communication.
2. Effective Listening.
3. Body Language.
4. Action Plan towards reaching your goals.
5. The Communication Process.
Lic. Juan Vicente de Freitas was our Keynote speaker.

We also started with our Values Program. For this month, our value is “Transcendence”. The GSP students did an activity on “How to transcend in our life” and the “Importance of Transcendence”. Each week we will be working on specific action plans to reinforce this value.
